Pros
1
Exceptional legal expertise and advocacy, leading to favorable case outcomes such as dismissals or reduced charges
“Mike Goolsby did a great job with my case. Turned it around from having to do some jail time into a complete dismissal. Excellent service and very recommended to anyone out there that needs a great attorney.”
2
Dedicated, responsive, and communicative legal team that keeps clients well-informed throughout the process
“They communicated with me promptly and were very diligent with time sensitive matters. I'm not made of money and I did have to work very hard but that's what grown people must do. It was worth it to not be anxious over paper work, court dates or deadlines.”
3
Personalized, empathetic, and compassionate approach, making clients feel cared for and supported
“Mr Goolsby and his entire team have been nothing short of excellent - I have zero reason for concern or complaint with this law firm. Usually people make their payments online, but when I make payments I insist on the drive to the firm so I can see everyone face to face. They know my name when I walk in!”
4
Flexible payment options and affordable legal services
“I am not made of money and I did have to work very hard but that's what grown people must do. It was worth it to not be anxious over paper work, court dates or deadlines.”
Cons
1
Lack of consistent communication and responsiveness from the legal team, leading to client frustration
“I'm writing this because I want people to know these are good at there job but HOLY!!! They never contact their clients I heard from like 3 different people that say they go months without a response to emails or voicemails call backs so you can't really know what's happening till your court visit and I find that really unprofessional.”
2
Concerns about the firm's prioritization of financial interests over client outcomes
“You are better off getting a public defender, then hiring this firm…. Hey once they have your money what can you do. You will never hear from them unless you miss a payment or it's time for your court day, that will be your first time meeting your attorney.”
