My friend has been incarcerated since June and it is now a few 3 days away from November and she has not been to meet him. I called and left a message ask when I could expect a call back and was told she returns calls to non clients on Thursday and if she gets to me I'll get a call if not maybe thefollowing Thursday. I explained that's not an acceptable answer because he has had several court dates which she reset. I was then called back and told he had court the following day and he would be pulled out and that I could go as well and speak to her in person. The next day he was pulled out I was there but NO ATTORNEY. A COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME. I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING PRANKED. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK. THIS MANS FUTURE IS IN HER HANDS AND THAT NOT ONLY SCARY BUT SAD.

Alison represented me on a charge for which I expected 300 days and fines as well. It was a probation revocation I asked for help with because i couldn't afford to stay compliant and wanted to serve my time. My probation officer was difficult and his supervisor made it nearly impossible to get things accomplished. My previous lawyer didnt share any information about the plea we arranged and the prosecution was impossible to get in contact with. The timeline was terrible. It looked bad. Somehow with almost no information furnished on my case, no time for talks of mitigation, and with my PO asking for the maximum sentence of 300 days in jail, Alison managed to get my case down to an unbelievably low amount of time, no fees or fines, got an instant court order to get my vehicle taken care of at no cost to me, and even got my sentence suspended until after the holidays. I had to go to court one time and then it was over. She was very reasonable with her pricing to the point I couldn't believe it was real until I shook her hand and walked out of the courtroom. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and to make sure nothing was left in the air. This is a skilled lawyer who is 100% upfront, honest, reasonable, available, and she really gets results. I'd recommend Alison to anyone who needs defense. Quite frankly she may be one of the best in Dallas. I thought I was going to be in jail for nearly a year and miss the holidays but she made sure my family and I got to spend our Christmas together, got me back in my vehicle, and made sure I'd spend no more than a month on a surrender of probation that would have been 2 years for a DWI, a Misdemeanor A drug charge, and a DL revocation with refusal. All on top of the revocation itself. She never told me a word that was not true. Made no empty promises. Worked on my timeline, and made herself accessible personally instead of panning me off on a paralegal or a secretary. I highly recommend Alison Grintner to represent as a criminal defense attorney. She didn't disappoint me or my family. We couldn't be more thankful to her.
