I hired Ty Gomez to represent me for a wrongful termination situation. He was extremely knowledgeable about my rights under Texas law and was able to help me receive the commissions I was due. I attribute the success in my case to Ty because the communication he provided to my past employer created awareness about how I was mistreated by newly hired management. He also was strategic about when and how to communicate. Consequently, the company paid me the commissions that should have been owed to me which they did not plan on paying me. In my case, particularly, I could not really claim a typical reason for discrimination obviously protected by law, so being strategic was key -- and Ty was a master. I do think that anyone that was in a situation like me should report concerns of mistreatment to HR or to upper level management when there is a concern of being mistreated, and likely being misrepresented to others. Working under highly stressful circumstances because of mistreatment is not right! However, if you do report your concerns, nothing is resolved, and your manager timely decides to "go in a new direction" before commissions are due to roll in, Ty will help!

Ty was able to discover an aspect of my case that I had not previously considered, or given serious thought. Had Ty not pointed it out, my case probably would not have gone very far. However thanks to his efforts, I received much more than I was originally offered. However, what I appreciate the most is that Ty did not promise the world and kept expectations realistic; and I was awarded pretty close to what he predicted. This peace of mind from an accurate depiction of events is well worth the money Ty charges for his services.

Confidence is to me it's a big factor in whether you know what you’re doing in this case. He is prompt even on Sunday when I be-leave God gives 1 day to rest.
