On May 26, 2020, the upstairs apartment flooded due to a maintenance error. We living down stairs suffered a flood of over 2 hours of water running into our apartment. This caused the sheetrock on the ceiling to fall on my Elderly mother’s head. She suffered injuries, although not life threatening, she was injured. The apartment complex refused to help my mother. They said it was not their fault. We called several Law firms to be denied help. Then we were in contact with Mr. Waranch. We met and showed pictures and told him what had happened. With out hesitation, he said yes I’ll take this case. We now have a reasonable settlement for my mother’s pain and suffering. Mr. Warangal treated us like family.
