Updated from yesterday's review after receiving a call today and speaking with another excellent member of Uvalle, Tatyana!! I had spoke to a couple other attorneys but passed because I didn't feel like they cared. Luckily a friend commented on my FB page to call Uvalle after I requested references from my friendlist. I'm SO glad I did!! I spoke to Vanessa H and she went above and beyond, excellent customer service!Then I received another call from Tatyana today.They both showed genuine compassion and empathy,explained everything perfectly and were extremely patient. I wish I could give them a big hug,she seamed more concerned than some of my family! Lol. Seriously, I just called today and already having doc info sent. Both encouraged us,told us if they don't win( highly unlikely) then there's no fee. My only regret is not calling them sooner and 1st. Guess 3rd time was a charm, other places literally spoke to me in a robot one. Vanessa H shows she loves helping others, along with Tatyana as well, both being extremely thorough and helpful in regards to the actual case and moving forward. So,after speaking to both, I'm re-assured I called the best Attorney &team, The Lawboss Michael Uvalle!!!Thank you-Kevin
