I am compelled to share my utterly disappointing and distressing experience with Uvalle firm. My case, which initially seemed straightforward, was severely mishandled, leading to significant personal and professional repercussions for me. From the onset, the firm displayed a worrying level of carelessness. My first case manager, despite my repeated requests, failed to conduct essential checks on insurance limits, falsely reassuring me based on the make and model of the car involved in my incident. This negligence led to a gross misrepresentation of the strength of my case. The situation worsened when my first case manager abruptly ceased communication, leaving me in a lurch for two weeks until a second case manager took over. This change only brought more bad news; the insurance limits were not as expected, a fact that should have been confirmed at the beginning. Moreover, the firm's decision to halt my medical treatments, including necessary injections and a potential surgery, due to these newfound insurance limits was both unprofessional and detrimental to my health. As a result, I've been left with persistent pain, unable to continue my job, and without health insurance. What adds to the frustration is the firm's poor communication. My requests for management intervention were met with silence. All my efforts to seek clarification or help were fruitlessly directed to 'call us to discuss,' with no substantial follow-up. This isn't my first engagement with the firm and regrettably, it seems the lessons from past experiences weren't learned. The lack of professionalism, inadequate communication, and apparent disregard for client welfare make it impossible for me to recommend their services. This experience has not only affected my health and livelihood but also my trust in legal support services. To anyone considering Uvalle, I advise caution and suggest looking elsewhere for legal representation.
