Inconsistent quality of service and communication
“I had a genuinely negative experience with this attorney. I paid $3500 for Mr. Kelvin Roquemore to represent me in a small claims dispute. Mr. Roquemore advised me that Lynette Stone would serve as lead counsel from the day-to-day management and communication of my case; however, he said he would stay intimately involved in the representation. This was not the case at all, as Mr. Roquemore was never involved in my case and was also absent at the trial to represent me.”
