I have had the opportunity to work with Patricia on two separate occasions: a contentious and complicated partnership dissolution, and a subsequent real estate transaction. In both matters she exhibited a very high level of organization and attention to detail. She acted proactively to initiate communications with myself and outside 3rd parties to secure decisions and arrange documents necessary to keep the ball moving. She kept me informed with concise and frequent communications which was incredibly valuable since I was 1,200 miles away during the entire process. Her legal knowledge and counsel provided me clarity and options which made my decision making much easier. Throughout it all she conducted herself with professionalism and grace and was always available to speak with me when I called. I could not be happier with the outcome of both matters that she worked on for me and I highly recommend to her to any client, current or future employer without reservation. She is a credit to her field and her firm!
