Beware, I feel this law firm is shady and underhanded. They used intimidation and threats to make me take my settlement. I was told if I did not sign the settlement agreement that I could be sued for Breach Of Contract!!!! I do not feel it was the attorney that was handleing my case, I feel he was ordered to do it from above!! In all honesty I did change my mind after I agreed to the first offer because I realized that the Insurance company they were sueing on my behalf forgot a large item they promised earlier. The law firm did make up some of the difference to me on their end which I though was fair. They tried to get me to sign a settlement statement that said all the expenses were explained to me when in fact they were never mentioned. Only after I complained, they sent me a list of fees they were charging that I knew zero about.
