Highly recommended, Michael Presti never gave up in my case it took 5 years to get approved but he always communicated with me and explained everything that he was doing, I know my case was very difficult and he took the challenge by taking my case, before I seek advise from 3 different lawyers and none wanted to take my case. Michael was always available to provide advise and was there with me during my interview and fought for me to stay in the country. Now I can proudly say I am a green card holder thanks to Michael and his great team.

I could speak more highly of a lawyer than I can of Micheal. Anyone who has dealt with anything immigration related understands that it is never easy and stress free! But thank goodness for people like Micheal and the staff at his office (front desk lady, whom by the way is super sweet, patient, accommodating & genuinely empathetic! Characteristics that you seldom come across now-a-days and that are so valuable while dealing with immigration & the burden it bears!) I went to visit Micheals office because I had a few questions to clear up, he was very patient & very polite but most importantly he was genuine. He listened to my questions & answered them in detail. He treated me as if I was one of his biggest clients and like her was personally invested in me. However he had only meet me 5min before our conversation. All in all, I would definitely use Micheal if I am ever need an immigration attorney. Great Job Micheal!

I'm suprise about the five stars very disappointed about the lawyer Michael Very temper dishonest not organize frankly doesn't do the job but take the money, display degree all across is office. my advice to be avoid i work with him base on those reviews came to found out don't always trust reviews different person i believed my side of story needed to be told maybe more people experience the same thing.
