I was attacked by my neighbors dog in June 2020. I was knocked to the ground and bitten in several places. The dog was going for my throat. I was 84 at the time of the attack and have a replacement knee and hip plus I have spinal stenosis. My pants were ripped as well. AllState was the insurance carrier for my neighbor and I filed a claim with them. AllState offered just over $2,000.00. I refused this offer and contacted The Law Office of Scott Mackenzie. I had an MRI and a CT Scan and sent this info to Scott along with photos of the bites. Scott was able to get over a $65,000.00 settlement from AllState! I hired Jasmit Dhaliwal as my custody attorney & in simple words her and her office staff FAILED to provide me with a satisfactory service. It begins with the staff/paralegal they do not answer your calls & forget about the questions you have for the attorney they never get passed down to her. There is no communication between the attorney & her staff they both say things that are completely contrary to one another. The attorney at this firm is a complete LIAR, very PUSHY, NOT EMPATHETIC to what you want. ( to the point where you will get a terrible deal with the opposing party) without agreeing to it verbally or signing it. I personally cannot speak on the other services she offers, but for CHILD CUSTODY & as a FATHER. I would think twice about hiring her. SHE DOES NOT SPECIALIZE IN FAMMILY LAW. PS: Her office manager is her HUSBAND.

She is a great lawyer and would be recommended.
