I originally was pretty upset because there was a huge lack of communication between myself and my attorney. I went ahead and put a review on here last year and was surprised Aaron called me himself to see how he could help and get things resolved. There were more hick-ups along the way, but once he was able to establish Marissa as my attorney things got much better. Both of them were helpful in explaining how things were going and I was very happy with them both and how they went above and beyond. And I really appreciated that Aaron would call me up and check on me and help me through concerns and questions I had. I know they can't do much about greedy evil insurance companies who don't care about people their clients hurt but overall I am satisfied with the way things were handled am finally able to get some closure. I am very grateful for Aaron and his team of dedicated attorneys who continued working hard and pushing the insurance company to be far. Thank you all!

I am very pleased with the Law Firm of Aaron H. Herbert performance with my case. At the beginning, they attained important information the Accident Investigator did not. Throughout my case the law firm ensured I received medical assistance regardless of which state I resided in. Last but most definitely not least; Ms Cleere reviewed my case before closing it out and had a discovery, which resulted in additional resources. Thank you all for everything!

Let me correct my rant.......some of the staff at the office (not the entity as a whole) lack communication and proper education of the case to their clients. While I am grateful and have faith that the firm is continuing to work my difficult case, it gets frustrating when I cannot get any answers and do not know what is going on.

I hired attorney Aaron Herbert after I was injured in a car wreck caused by a drunk driver that ran a red light.
