Horrible experience with this company... always extremely long holds any time you try to call (over 45 minutes EVERY time). Then, you can never get anyone to return your call to let you know what's going on. We have been litigated against and I BEG them for information... SILENCE!! Totally unacceptable customer service. The only person you can ever get to talk to is the one person who can do absolutely NOTHING to help you!!! So frustrating... we are contemplating filing with another agency to sue to get our money back. OH, and after reaching a settlement with one of our accounts, they "forgot" to make one of the payements, and guess what... the creditor is suing us for Summary Judgement. And does Bedrock offer any support or counseling? NO!!! Definitely go somewhere else with your time and money!!

Be wary, they explain one thing, but do another. You're basically defaulting on your debts. Use this as a last resort before bankruptcy. They stop communicating with after 6 months or so.

All the money I paid is gone. They did nothing. They stopped taking the money from my account and couldn’t get it set up again, thankfully. They ruined my credit too.

Very poor at keeping you up with what’s going on. Has a very smug sense to him when he does talk. I was denied all the way up to the hearing with him and I can barely walk much less work. I feel he didn’t fully understand my disability nor did he try too. Also extremely rude. Doesn’t let you speak or finish your sentences. Not a pleasant experience at all

this is a scam, do not do business with them or finance solutions!!!!!!! the worst people i have ever dealt with!!!

Since I joined a year and a half ago i've been sued twice. They're impossible to get on the phone, when they do they just tell me I don't have enough money. They take their fees with no issues but not negotiating down my debts. Never use them

I wouldn't even give this company a 1 Star. They are a complete scam! I was with them for 18 months and finally opened my eyes. I gave them over $10k and they did initially negotiate with 2 of my creditors and then nothing for over 15 months! All they do is take your money. I was served with papers from on my creditors (they are suing me) and immediately forwarded the legal docs to Bedrock and after 4 weeks with them doing nothing to help, I finally realized they are a scam and cancelled my contract. And, they refunded me $0.04! All my money gone and 18 months wasted on trying to fix my credit. They shouldn't be allowed to do business.

Trying to stay positive, but very afraid we've been scammed out of our money. The process is extremely slow. Communication is poor. We have had some debt settled as well as some positive experiences. The cost of the phone is high. We are trying to stay hopeful it will be worthwhile in the end.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After 18 months, with NO creditor accounts settled, I have spent approximately $15,000 for NOTHING. They were negligent in all aspects, I was even summoned to court for a debt resolution and THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP!!!! So a judgment was automatically awarded against me. Now they refuse to refund any money. This company is a SCAM!!!
