Best interaction with a lawyer I've ever had. Knowledgeable, chill, not cocky, and a joy to talk with. Would recommend.

I had an incompetent tax preparer, who also ignored several notices from the IRS, which in the end resulted in a lien on my property. I did not know what to do and an attorney friend recommended that I contact the Nick Nemeth Law Offices. I met with Jamie Flores and Ivan Nalbantov in December 2021 for a free consultation, and right away was impressed by their thorough examination of my paperwork and extensive knowledge of IRS tax laws. I felt not pressured and appreciated their advice and in the end decided that I would pursue resolving the issue by myself. I paid the IRS Civil Penalty and, as recommended also submitted a letter to the IRS requesting a refund and explaining what happened. I am glad to report that my persistence finally paid off. My case took two years to resolve and I finally received a full abatement/refund check from the IRS in December 2023. I could not have done this without the straightforward recommendation of Jamie and Ivan; and I highly recommend the Nick Nemeth Law Offices to anyone needing help with the IRS.

They do a good job of using scare tactics to get you use them. Brought in the office manager and another attorney and flat out said that the IRS is going to take my home, etc. if I don't pay and that it will cost me $3k to use them. I went to a CPA and he thoroughly went through all my paperwork (which I provided to Nick Nemeth and his team) and he immediately identified the issue. We were able to amend our 2018 tax return and get it dropped. Glad I got a 2nd opinion on this.

I just want to say I appreciate the honesty and candor of Mr. Nemeth yesterday. He could have taken money from me for something I could do myself, but he didn't and wouldn't. While I did not end up becoming a client, I am leaving 5 stars because of his quality of character.

Bad customer service

For years I tried managing the IRS on my own. After years of life changing events, ie divorce, company mergers, change in income, pension plans and 401k, to say the least I did the best I could. Finally my son heard the add for The Law Office of Nick Nemeth and shared it with me. Although I was scared to death, I called and set up a meeting. This was the best thing I ever did! I spoke directly with Nick Nemeth and it was a pleasure. He was very professional, polite and really helped me understand my options. After I had made my decision to move forward with his team, my experience was unreal second to none. His staff is incredible, the walked me through every step never left my side. It was very easy and they ended up saving me well over 10,000. I would recommend this company to everyone 100%.

The knowledgeable staff, and excellent service provided me the ability to resolve all my tax issues, and when the IRS made a mistake they continued to repersent me until the issue was completly resolved. I cannot reccommend them enough.

What a great experience! I met with Nick for a free consultation, and he shot me straight about my situation. Although, he couldn't help me in current position, he was fair, brutally honest and gave me good advice. There was no charge for the service, but if i never need him, or something changes, I know who to call! Thank you Nick!

Resolving issues with the IRS – on our own – proved daunting and stressful. The absolute best thing which my husband and I did was to hire the law offices of Nick Nemeth.
