We were so glad an attorney referred us here. Explaining to him the trouble we were going through with our bank filing a lawsuit against us he had referred us to a helping and understanding Attorney Hershel Chapin. We were going through so many financial problems due to medical issues on the wife and that she lost a job. Our income had come down to only having me, the husband, being able to work and drive. Hershel and his Associate Attorney Hannah were able to explain how to go with Chapter 7 bankruptcy and what they can do to satisfy us. I approached the Chapin Law Firm after extensive searching online. He had great reviews, and I decided to give him a call. I was impressed with his willingness to spend time on the phone with me, explaining my options for bankruptcy. I had spoken with other firms who advised that I probably didn’t qualify for Chapter 7 because I made too much money. Hershel told me that all hope was not lost, and that we would work together in trying to achieve Chapter 7.
