Had the worst experience you can have. At first, I scheduled a phone call interview, which they promptly answered and I went ahead and presented my case. As an immigrant struggling to get my things correctly done (otherwise I wouldn't be looking for a lawyer) I asked if they could do a payment plan. They didn't accept, wanted a down payment beforehand and they did their own proposal. I agreed but upon this conversation my emails suddenly got way more time to be answered, making me contact them several times to get a response. On top the payment to do the main service requested the lawyer said it would cost $750 to pull up my records, which to avoid this fee (after all, I'm in this immigration process that makes everything harder including get this extra money) I asked if I could do it myself since I know what to do and it didn't take me 5min. They accepted my request (again, after insisting a lot on contact) and 3 months later when I finally get my records pulled up the laywer says that she was expecting it to be 20 pages not 300 as she received so she wanted $700 to analyze them. I kindly offered to cut myself the file with the pages that she needed because together they were not even 20, the rest are just COPIES of my documents and forms I sent previously to USCIS and shared with her already so the they have absolutely NO VALUE to her. She literally wanted $700 to "analyze" copies of my passport etc. Again no response and I gave up. I wonder why this place has so many good reviews since both the customer service and the service itself are so bad. I was hoping I could solve my situation once for all and I'm highly disappointed to have contacted this company to such a important matter. Edit: They tried to call me just with the intent to persuade me to change my review and threw a fit now when I standed by my point. I wasn't even upset but after your call I really wish you don't contact me ever again. You were ONLY concerned about your review. As you stated yourself, I didn't even get to be your client and I described the negative experience that I had with you and this keeps lingering for some reason I don't understand. If you wanna be "right" or whatever you want to but PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE.
