My husband and I hired this firm to assist with our immigration process, but unfortunately, it felt like throwing money away. We would highly recommend following the government instructions directly instead of wasting time and money here. Our lawyer, Marissa Young (Gnatek) provided poor communication, often more focused on her personal matters than our case. Her lack of professionalism resulted in mistakes in our application, and our concerns were dismissed as irrelevant. Additionally, they wouldn’t answer our questions without charging extra fees. We completed the second part of our application on our own, and the process was smooth and straightforward compared to the confusion we faced with the firm. They seem to keep clients in the dark, making you feel dependent on them. I would avoid this firm if possible. PS. Just like anticipated and similar to the experience of other unsatisfied customers of this so-called law firm, the email address they gave us in the reply is fake. Please avoid and don’t get scammed like we did.
