Very unprofessional

Very Unprofessional. It is impossible to reach or receive an answer from lawyer. Have had multiple errors on paperwork. Waited over a month to get update on correcting forms. Paid a lot of money to make sure it is filled out correctly.

Check their most recent views from the past 8 months . I already paid these guys $2,000 + for them to do absolutely nothing. They are so unprofessional. Their team messed up my information (DECEMBER 2024) I have been trying to get them to fix this issue since 12/30/24 it is now 02/07/25. No issue has been fixed no efforts to fix issues have been made. Every time I call their office I get put on hold for long time then they click on me or send me to voicemail. Your law firm is ignoring all my emails, texts, calls even after getting paid in FULL for your services!

La verdad aléjese de esta firma de abogados. Yo fui con estas personas a contratar sus servicios el año pasado me cobraron $10,000 de pago de inicio cual los di para que empezaran con mi caso. Asignaron a un abogado cual mas bien quiso hacer ver que eramos malas personas con el juez. Y cuando decidi contratar a otro abogado el abogado se puso despota y dijo que el no iva ser abogado en segundo lugar. Pedi mi reembolso y se quedaron ellos con todo el dinero. No trabajan en el caso las paralegales no sirven no dan la informacion que necesitan y mas aparte nunca contestan. Y la razon que se quedaron con ese monto fue por esas mentadas revisiones de oficina. Cuando no hacen nada.

Yo tenía un caso de ciudadanía, pero nadamás me cobraron y no han echo nada, yo si voy a ir a la barra estatal de abogados, a denunciarlos, porque no hacen nada

My parents who BOTH are EXISTING CLIENTS had an extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist at La Liga Defensora. From the moment they walked in, the receptionist was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. Instead of providing helpful information or even a courteous greeting, she made them feel like they were an inconvenience. She literally told them “what do you want? Why are y’all here?” Rather than making an effort to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. For a law office that claims to help people in difficult situations, the first point of contact should reflect care and professionalism—not rudeness and indifference.

Like many other clients here we hired them for our case and we havent heard anything from there. We paid in full that day and I have called continuously and just get told our case is being reviewed.

It has been the worst experience, DO NOT GO TO THIS ATTORNEY! My husband started the process to get his parents' green card , a process that does not take long, and up to now they have not even started the process. The paralegal nor the attorney has communicated with my husband even once,for any updates. we called the offices and they cant helps us they said the paralegal will call us back, which they never do. We have records of all the calls so we can file a complaint.

Siempre fue una pesima experiencia con los que cobran, no dudo que hubo amabilidad con los recepcionistas y con la paralegal, pero con los que cobran son intolerantes, despotas, y no te dan la mas minima opcion si llamas para posponer un pago y de paso te amenzan... desafortunadamente no hay nadie en esta empresa con quien quejarse, en defintiva como no me dejo ni hablar cerro mi caso...
