They deserve zero star rating. Miss leading information when you're booking a consultation. Asked for refund still waiting a month for our refund. Always on hold and being transfer to different people. Not helpful at all. Taking advantage of the Hispanic community with false information to help. Very disappointed.

Contratarlos fue mi peor pesadilla, solo me mintieron todo el tiempo, jamas los recomendare.

Mi Gente, este es el lugar INCORRECTO para buscar un abogado. Ellos no te llamaran para darte una noticia o algo sobre tu caso, siempre tendrás que estar buscándolos y ojala el abogado tenga el tiempo o dia para atenderte, eso sí, cuando llegas a los 5 minutos te están pidiendo un pago, y despues nadie te puede dar una noticia, cada que hablas parece que hablas por primera vez. No saben nada de tu caso, para lo que cobran no vale la pena mi Gente. Por experiencia, me cobraron 2 mil solo me atendieron 1 vez en su oficina y fue el día que me presente para hablar sobre mi caso y para cobrarme, el abogado solo 2 veces me atendió y fue por teléfono un Máximo de 10 minutos por las 2 llamadas. Quisiera dar 0 estrellas pero no hay opción 🙃

My friend is locked away and the last two meetings with the judge the attorney just doesn’t bother showing up. I ask him what’s the deal and this is his response about his attorney. “ BC she is a greedy attorney who takes n takes money and then doesn't deliver. She screws up too much. She is a disgrace and shouldn't be stealing money from people in need”

Es la peor lugar para tener un caso te cobran por hablar con un representante por mandarte correo y obtener datos de uno la llamada en 300 o más esto es el fraude más grande hojala la barra de abogadas les quite la licencias y no haiga mas víctimas de estas lacras

Creo que una estrella es mucho. Me prometieron cosas que no cumplieron. Di 500$ de inicial y cuando cancele el contrato, no me devolvieron ni un solo dólar. Ya que no hicieron nada ni un mes duraron como mis abogados no se que me iban a descontar de mi dinero si no hicieron nada… horrible no confíen en publicidades

Just called to set up an appointment to help an employee find an Attorney to help with Residency. The girl on the phone wasn't much help and just kept repeating the same thing over and over asking what we need but I said " We don't know what is needed, just that we need a consultation to find all of that out." She didn't seem concerned about getting us scheduled so I just said, can you help us or should I call one of the other hundreds of Attorneys around here, she said sure call them first. Very odd interaction from a Secretary to blow off clients. Update to response from Owner: It is good that your receptionist was able to recall the conversation, however, of course leans to justify it her way. This person that I was calling for is not an Employee and I repeatedly said that I was just calling to gather information and schedule appointments to help! When she repeatedly kept saying that you do not take employer cases, I was asking for explanation as to what that means and what the other means as I did not understand what it was she was referencing. The fact that she could not answer that or any of my questions to help was the reason for the escalation. Now that I understand the beginning of the process and was able to get my questions answered by another firm, I was not seeking Employment based services (that you do not offer) but was exactly looking for services that you DO offer! I am glad that you follow up but to quickly try to justify and disregard the situation still shows the inept attitude of your office. I am glad that your receptionist did us the favor of leading us away from your office since we found a great firm that did not hesitiate to answer questions and was able to quickly get us scheduled. Your "tip" for potential customers to understand every scenario that you may or may not offer because your office cannot competently answer questions is ridiculous. I hope that others read this thread and take this as a "Tip" to choose wisely and pick someone else!!!
