I have Been with the Law Firm of Jose Pineda for 3 years now and it really doesn’t get better than this law firm ; The paralegals,staff and especially the lawyer Jose Pineda, are exceptionally great and knowledgeable of your own case. His team is very friendly and respectful. With other lawyers I have gone too they ask for so a lot of paperwork that you’ll will never think to keep over the years and are over PRICED! but this law firm goes both ways they do have payment plans. And on my cases I never had to struggle with anything or make double appt. everything was taking care of on the first. I waited about 3 months for my DECA documents to come thru and they always call if anything happened or when your ppw is expiring, I recommend this law firm to anyone in the Dallas area! I truly believe in this law firm!

I Have to say that working with Mr. Peneda and his Team was the best experience ever, they made my case very smooth and short, they took case of everything for me, I only had to do like 30% of the Job by collecting all the material and they took care of the rest, it was easy; every time that I needed an advice they all were there for me, 100% recommended.

La mejor decisión fue contratar al abogado Pineda para procesar la petición de visa K1, el servicio que nos brindo fue profesional y eficiente. Jose Pineda and his team were the absolute best! We had a couple of different paralegals assigned to our case along the way, and couldn't have been happier with the process. Mr. Pineda has helped my aunts and uncles my parents and siblings, our 6 year adventure started when we were introduce to him by family. Those long 6 years was not cause of his fault, was due to lack of training the immigration officers had, deniying my case more then one time for the same reason, didn't matter how much information i gave on my waiver, was never enought. But the Pineda crew didnt give up neither did we, everytime we went back after a deniel they had a plan b ready for me. Finally when we caught a break, they were with me everyday, literally i called them everyday from mexico when i went to take care of my stuff. This lawfirm, is very personal, dedicated and will go above and beyond to help you, no matter what.
