Trustworthy & Competent; which in my opinion are the two most important characteristics to have in an attorney. The process from start to finish was simple & straight forward. Tyler Gregston was easy to work with & explained the Employment Laws to me in a clear concise manner so I understood exactly what my options were & where I stood from a legal standpoint. He also has an excellent sense of humor, which doesn't hurt when you are going through a stressful situation. It helps quite a bit actually, makes it seem less exhausting, as legal issues can be. I was dealing with employment related issues over the period of a year when I first called Mr. Cole's office. I was matched with Mr. Tyler Gregston. At that point I called a lot of law firms. So, I was very skeptical at first. During our first conversation on the phone he was very clear, professional and detail oriented. He went above and beyond to collect the right evidences and was able to build a very strong case. He approached my employer's lawyers amicably and kept pushing to the right direction. He worked very closely with Mr. Cole when the case became complicated. Having a two great lawyers on my side was definitely important. All in all, Mr. Gregston is very knowledgable in employment law, tech savvy, responsive and professional. He will listen to his clients and find the right approach.
