Terrible Experience with MLF Legal – Avoid Them for Workers’ Compensation Claims I am extremely disappointed and appalled by how MLF Legal mishandled my son’s workers’ compensation case. Four years ago, my son suffered a serious back injury while working on a loading dock for UPS. The injury was so severe that UPS’s own surgeon recommended a disc replacement. However, MLF Legal failed to properly manage his case and press Liberty Mutual for timely authorization of his surgery and compensation. Throughout these years, my son has been unable to work and did not receive any monthly compensation he was entitled to. Instead of fighting for his rights and ensuring he received the care and support he needed, MLF Legal simply dropped his case, leaving him with no resolution. This irresponsible action allowed Liberty Mutual to close his claim altogether, leaving my son to shoulder the financial and medical burden on his own. I trusted MLF Legal to stand up for my son, but they failed us completely. Their lack of attentiveness and follow-through has had devastating consequences. I find it unacceptable that someone who was injured on the job and requires surgery can be abandoned so carelessly. Now, we are left to find a new path forward out of pocket and without the support of his former employer. I would strongly caution anyone considering MLF Legal for a workers’ compensation case to think twice. This firm failed to advocate for my son when he needed them most.

Todos son un equipo muy eficiente. Cada uno del personal que a ayudado en mi caso a sido amable, honestos y responsables.
