Was my best experience ever! My husband and I had such a great honor to work with this office. I enrolled on the process for my green card last year and after 10 months I was able to get my green card approved. Everything went fine, the process was really smooth and my attorney miss Anamika is really great! She is awesome! Also, I can't forget about Rosie the Legal Assistant, she was always really receptive, organized and always made us feel comfortable while there. I really appreciate this office and all the work they did for me and my Husband.

Mathur Law Offices including all staff, especially Maria who is very helpful along with very friendly. Not only do they contact you immediately, but she can answer the general question I had unanswered on my end. On the freeway

The friendly professional service started from the moment we walked through the door. When we first walked in we were greeted with a smile by the receptionist named Rosey who actually stood up from her seat and came from behind her desk and greeted us and asked us how were we doing and what brings us in today(“First Class” right from the start). I informed her we are wanting to speak with an attorney about my partners immigration status. She then stated well you come to the right place. She then introduced us to an attorney by the name of Anamika Sinha. Ms Anamika also greeted us with the biggest and warmest smile. There were just smiles all around the office. So Ms Anamika sat us down in one of the offices and we informed her we had been to 3 other attorneys and we were not getting any direct answers from them and all their answers were very vague and leaving lots of questions still unanswered, and lots of doubt in our minds. So we explained our situation to her. She then explained the process to us(which a lot of it seemed familiar since we had already spoken to 3 other attorneys), but what was different about Ms Anamika was that she explained the process to us in detail and even outlined the process to us on paper and in writing, and gave us approximate timelines of when things would be happening and gave us her exact fees. She even gave/offered us a discount if we paid for some of the services up front rather than being put on a payment plan(we felt and knew right then we had come to the right place and found our attorney). She was also upfront and honest and informed us that nothing is guaranteed but she would work hard and fight for and do her best for us. My partner who as you can imagine was so stressed out from seeing so many different attorneys and just this whole situation in general, wanted to go home and discuss it and think about it. But something in my gut was telling me she was the one. So I asked her to give us a minute to discuss it and after discussing it we decided to get on board with their firm and signed all the docs and paperwork right then and there the same day. And yes we paid for the services upfront  “One of the best decisions we have made!!!” A few days later after we supplied her with all the docs she requested she then started the process and submitted our paperwork. After about 2-3 months just as Ms Anamika had stated in the approximate timeline table we had discussed the first day we met her, we got a notice of an appointment to do fingerprinting so he could get his work permit. Then after about a month, we got a letter stating everything went well and he was approved for his work permit/card, and that we would be receiving it in the mail separately(which was the only hiccup in the whole process as the postal service lost the card/mail-but that wasn’t the attorney or the firms fault). We then finally received it. Then the next step was the (LPR) Lawful Permanent Resident/Green Card. Ms Anamika informed us we would receive an letter to appear in front of an immigration officer(which we did receive the letter just as she stated) to discuss and go over everything that was submitted and to answer some basic questions and to make sure everything was on the up and up(which we attended). At the end of the meeting with the immigration officer(which was attended by Ms Anamika also) we were told the decision could take 2-4 weeks or as long as 120 days. But WOW how excited were we when we received notice in the mail in less than a week that we were APPROVED. Which was due to and a testimony to Ms Anamika, who because of how prepared she was, had already submitted all our docs and her docs to her the immigration office ahead of time. Now the only step left is CITIZENSHIP…Bravo Ms Anamika and the Mathur Law Offices. Ms Anamika and her staff at the Mathur Law Offices have really been a positive and bright light through all of this, in what could have been a really stressful time to us, but because of them, instead this whole ordeal has been nothing short of a blessing. Anamika has been my lawyer for my wife and I while I have been trying to get my wife’s residency here in the states.
