I was looking forward to working with this law office due to its constant reminders through their commercials that they would help. My father was involved a hit and run car accident (which we were told to by multiple personnel, including a paramedic and a DP Officer who visited my dad in the hospital). After calling them, one of their representatives showed up at our house to give us the whole lawyer speech and contract. After taking some information down and signing a contract, he was on his way with a million and one promises to take care of the situation. After leaving, their lack of response was already a bad sign. I emailed him multiple times to validate if he had received pictures of the damaged truck with no response and instead a delay because according to them they could not see them in about 3 different emails that had been sent from me. Keep in mind that he initially stated that he would go directly to the impound to check the truck out himself but since we already had pictures, we figured they might be helpful in addition to his visit. After my apparent delay from 3 unresponded emails with the pictures on them and multiple failed attempts to contact him through calls, text messages and emails. My mother received a phone call from yet another person at the Domingo Garcia office that would continue to ask for pictures instead of actually taking the time to do as they said they would and go look at the truck themselves. Once again I tried contacting both parties there, with once again... no response. This time I tried to call the Domingo Garcia Office directly and at this time I was finally able to get a hold of him with the excuse that they had been so busy for almost a month! After asking him if they received the pictures, his response was that they had, so why in the world would this other rep be calling to ask for them. The miscommunication among them was so evident but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. After speaking to him, I finally received the contract from his counterpart with the word, "CONTRACTO" which first of, is a misspelled word for contract in spanish and no other text, like we were supposed to be aware of this person who had a Domingo Garcia domain signature without even a salutation or introduction (which seems LIKE A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EMAIL, specially for a law office) . After this I tried to contact both counterparts for an update without a SINGLE RESPONSE FROM EITHER PARTY FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS. This past week we received a letter from them stating that the case had been closed with no real explanation other than the claim we had couldn't be validated due to the airbags were recalled for the fabric and the impact hadn't been from the front. Nor could they actually obtain the right course of events with the other party involved in the accident because he claimed to have no insurance and since it was more work than what they would be paid out, nothing was really investigated and if it was, we were never updated or told. This company seems to only be interested in making money, which is understandable but they are not to be confused with someone who actually has intentions of helping with what the customer is asking for. Their lack of communication and help has shaped my opinion of them to the point of inadequacy and I unwillingness to recommend. I will not make mention of their names because ultimately they are representing the law firm, therefore the law firm is the carrier of their reputation but I did want to share my story in case someone is in the same situation. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DON'T TRUST THEM BECAUSE THEY SPIT GOOD GAME ON INITIAL CONTACT.
