I can say that i appreciate it and although you may not get a call the same day just be patient bc if you left enough info with the Secretary 9 times out of 10 he is already looking into your case to see what he can do for you or your love one. I contacted this law firm because of their good reviews. Unfortunately contacting this law office was a waste of time. I initially made contact on a Monday, followed up on Tuesday to confirm whether or not they needed any additional information from me and was told the traffic specialist was unavailable and will call me back shortly. I never received a call. I waited all day Wednesday, still no call. I called on Thursday and was told again that the traffic specialist had just stepped out and would call me back as soon as possible. I waited two and a half hours but never heard back. We decided to look for legal help elsewhere. I was not expecting them to have my case resolved right away, however a “we’ve received your information, this is how we will proceed should you hire us” would have sufficed.
