No soy una persona que deje reviews usualmente, pero no me canso de agradecerle a el abogado Pineda y a todo su staff por ayudarme con mi caso. Llegue a la oficina de el abogado para renovar mi DACA y lo primero que me dijo es que el no queria quitarme mi dinero, que el me aconsejaba que renovara por internet, algo que imediatamente hice. Los otros abogados que habia visitado, solo tomaban mi dinero y hacian la renovacion tarde. En una ocacion me quede sin permiso por que lo mandaron muy tarde aunque yo habia metido mi renovacion muchos meses antes de que se venciera. La diferencia con este abogado fue que el se tomo el tiempo para escuchar mi caso a fondo e imediatamende le encontro solucion a mi problema. Fue capaz de conseguirme mi residencia siendo que ninguno de los abodagos (3) con los que habia hablado antes me habian mensionado la posibilidad. Obviamente fue un proceso, tuve que buscar muchos documentos con immigracion pero una vez que le lleve toda la documentacion metio mi solicitud para la residencia . En menos de ocho meses ya la tenia aprovada y en mis manos. Le estoy muy agradecida por toda su ayuda y no me canso de recomendarlo con todas mis amistades. I am very happy to have chosen The Pineda Law Firm. I had the chance to communicate with them in 3 different occasions for three different situations, and I was very satisfied and left at ease. Finally when it was time to apply for my adjustment of status, Mr. Pineda explained everything very clearly and let us know how the process would work, and so it did. I got my green card with no issues after a little bit over a year and no interview! I am very happy and would recommend his office, all the staff is friendly and always willing to help!
