Ms.baeza I recommended a 100% she was so kind she explained us everything especially to my mom because my mom does not speak very much inglish so she explained everything in Spanish and helped us in everything that we needed.

I had to to handle my own personal loss because the staff kept getting my case transfer. I could never get a reply. And they drop my case and stop my therapy the same day after the insurance paid for my truck.

Casi pasó un año y nunca hicieron nada,el reporte policial era a mi favor y ellos me preguntaban a mi que sabía del caso. Se supone que ellos eran quienes llevaban el caso. No sirven para nada.

They took our case over 2 years ago( car accident) and to this day nobody can answer our questions or even bother to give us a call back to give us an update, my wife has been calling twice a week for the last month and she always gets the same response “ someone will call you back soon “ which never happens, horrible customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM
