Hello, I have nothing but GREAT news about this law firm. First of all I was in a horrific major car accident in which I sustained certain injuries. Attorney DeMarcus Ward went above and beyond willingly to help me resolve my case. I have put my trust in this law firm now about 7 or 8 years so I Know how much his firm is willing to keep their clients satisfied. Also, I must say how well his staff performs just as hard as Attorney Ward does in helping his clients. One of his staff members by the name of Giselle called or text me on numerous occasions just to see how I was feeling concerning my injuries. She was very pleasant as well as professional across the board. Sometimes our conversation became a little lengthy but she answered ALL of my concerns and not once did she ever make me feel uncomfortable. Sometimes a person needs to vent especially after what I sustained in my accident and Giselle was there and available every time!! This IS why I have given this law firm 5 stars. I wish I could double the 5 stars and give them 10 stars because once again I have build a positive repor about Attorney Wards law firm and they deserve to be acknowledged on how well they treat their clients.
