Byron won my Anti-SLAPP (Texas Citizen Participation Act) case in the Dallas Court of Appeals. This guy truly knows the law and is a pro in the court room. Hands down, the best attorney I've ever seen in action.

Only could afford a 45 minute consultation. One of the few attorneys cometent in a Bill of Reveiw appeal. Asked all the tough questions and expected consistent answers. Defined exactly what could be done and what couldn't. Didn't get trapped in nuance or that no injustice should be any reason of an appeal. Accepted my premises but said the court may not. In the end he spent over an hour with me. Offered to work with me on the financial aspect but my appeal is from Family Court and felt his talents would be wasted. In the end he provided invaluable inforamation to work with the firm I did retain.
