My family is very lucky to have found Atty. Rachel at a time when we were just starting here in the US and we were at a loss as to how to go about with the immigration process. We just got her contact number from a friend and yet, she did not hesitate to accept my call and answer all my questions. She is very accommodating that you would feel like you have known her all your life. She was able to give us advice and helped us figure out on how to go through the case of our daughter which is quite complicated. We've never met such an unselfish and generous lawyer. I had consulted Rachel after I got an RFE in February. Rachel was so pleasant and she worked with me to explain all the documents I needed to proof evidence, made corrections to improve my petition and was always there to offer advice and answer my questions. I was a little bit slow in gathering evidence but she was patient and pushed me to get the documents together. She submitted the petition in April and I got approved in June. We had an IRS issue that started with a payment negotiation, and Rachel got us the payment we asked for. Then we paid the balance early and she got us a settlement. Finally, when the IRS changed the settlement amount after we had paid, she pulled tax law that required the IRS to stop pursuing further payment.
