I’ve been working with Jordan Whiddon since 2014. First he successfully got me out of a non-compete clause. Second he successfully sued my apartment complex and got me a settlement. Third he successfully sued a realtor who pulled a home out from under me that we had under contract. Fourth he successfully sold my business and went toe to toe with a 5 billion dollar private equity company and got me an outstanding result. Fifth he successfully sued a pool builder who tried to scam me and made him pay over $10,000 in damages (Vrindra Buhta assisted and did a great job). Sixth he sued a mortgage company and got me over $50,000 for the mortgage company falsely representing themselves to me. Sixth he successfully went after a boat manufacturer and dealership(with help from Kevin Karla who also did a great job) and made them come up with around $10,000 to fix something they told me wasn’t under warranty (which was a lie). Jordan just understands winning and will shoot you straight from the beginning, he’s not fishing for legal fees, he’s looking to win with the clients best interest in mind.

The older caucasian receptionist who answered the phone was extremely combative and yelled at me while trying to see if I could retain this lawfirm for assistance. I felt very uncomfortable and strongly suggest finding a lawfirm that does not yell at potential clients. This receptionist needs anger management at a minimum.
