Dropped me because "I wasn't going to make them enough"

this firm handled my case in a very professional manner every time something happens i was notified. Car accidents take a long time to settle due to injuries. I am 100 % satisfied with this firm and will use them again if i am ever in another accident

Worst experience ever! It's been over a year since my car accident and have not yet seen a check. Everything was settled I signed papers for them to get a check over a month ago. And they didn't call me at all . I had to harass them for several days and they finally called me back to blame it on the other lawyers saying they didn't receive the paper work from them . Such bs I'm Not a lawyer but I am not stupid , I know that they were just being lazy and not doing their job and didn't send the other people my paper work appearently the percent they are getting is not big enough for them to put in any effort . I would not go with this company unless you love having to do someone else's job , by having to call them every day and listen to their voicemail because they are "in a meeting " and then you have to wait 3 days for a call back . Worst company ever took them 6 months to get paper work from doctors they sent me too .

The Frenkels are good people and very ethical, not promising what they can't deliver. I've seen some negative reviews and they reek of people who think they got less than they deserved. I have done business with the Frenkels and they are thorough but not ambulance chasers. If you are looking for an unethical cash grab, answer a dramatic 1-800 ad you can find on late night and soap opera TV.

I spoke to a Robin Roy about a vehicle hitting my car while parked. She was very polite, helpful and provided me with some great information concerning the situation. I just want to say that Frankel and Frankel is one the best attorney firms you can consult with. Max

I wouldn't trust what you hear about this law firm on 97.1 The KEGL. I called Frenkel & Frenkel over a major auto accident I was in. I needed their help so I called and spoke with a consultant of theirs. They nearly laughed on the phone when I told them my situation and told me they wouldn't be able to help. If I am in need of an attorney again this would be the last place I call!
