If you go with Rad, the attorneys pocket more than the client. They got nearly half my settlement in attorney fees and I got a quarter of that. They are extremely uncommunicative and seem like they do not care about their client’s cases. The settlement that I got was very much to their own benefit, and I even made it clear that I felt like I was not being taken seriously and that I felt that they did not care about my case. I wasn’t wrong. I requested multiple meetings with Mr. Rad and was always given the runaround. I had to continuously call them for TWO years to hear anything from the attorneys, which by the way, were always switching on my case. From the beginning of my suit I’ve had maybe 4-5 different attorneys on my case because they all kept quitting the firm. I had an appointment for a RESCHEDULED deposition 10/2 and got a call on Monday 9/30 asking when I could come in to sign some paperwork and informed them that I was going in Wednesday for my deposition. Their response? “Oh, that was canceled, did no one inform you about that?”. Of course they didn’t!! Just like I wasn’t informed about the appointment they set up the first time for my deposition until the day of when they were calling asking if I would be there. I’m not sure what type of firm they’re running here, but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
