My husband and I used Rad Law Firm to settle a medical malpractice case. It was a long, drawn out affair, due to the nature of the beast. Attorney D.T. was very kind, and very professional. We went through periods of not being kept up to date on what was happening, but in the long run, that did improve. I would, and already have, referred a couple of friends to DT at Rad. I would use the firm again if needed.

These attorneys are great. I'll admit, I worked here myself as an attorney for five years, but hell, that's how you come to learn the truth about stuff!! I left on good terms to start my own practice. This firm is setup to help their clients from start to finish. Not many personal-injury firms in Texas are that well setup. They have an in-house group that helps in the beginning, and another group that specializes in the middle and end of a case. So all told, they can be expected to solidly take your case from your being injured to, God forbid (but they're ready...), all the way through to trial. While only 5% or so of cases go to trial, it's the threat power that helps to settle cases prior to that point. So if you're thinking about hiring this firm, just take my advice, and do it. Kelly T.
