I recommend David Swaim & Associates for immigration procedures. I had my H1-B processed with them, it went smoothly and I never felt nervous about the process. They had clear communication and were helpful with questions I had during it, especially regarding travelling during the process.

Highered a lawyer from this firm to help me through the patent process and make sure I am doing everything the legal and right way. Paid the retainer that was requested, and then nothing. Can't get a call through or an email back for way too many months. This company doesn't seem to care about the common man. Or at least the Lawyer I got didn't. Don't risk your money here is my advice.

From the first interview I was pleased with the fulfillment of the agreement.
The legal deadlines were accurate.
Specific questions about the immigration process and forms were answered quickly.
Receiving periodical articles about Immigration news, was useful too.
The presence of the lawyer during the citizenship interview helped to increase my confidence.
