“As soon as we walked into her office and she seen us she had a snotty look on her face, She didn't even greet us nor did she introduce herself to us. As my husband was talking to her about his case she did not respond nor ask questions, She kept it VERY SHORT, so I stood up and told her ' Your not evening trying to help us right when we walked in you looked like you were disgusted by us, so thank you for your time, we are leaving' ”
