Mr.Cohen represented me very recently, I couldn't have been happy with the services he provided me with, his honesty, loyalty, integrity, responsiveness in such a timely manner, even in the middle of the night, I was never left wondering or uncertain about anything to do with my case. He was compassionate, understanding and he is well driven, if you have ever questioned an attorney or doubted one, it wouldn't be this one. I posted a question online and Joel was one of the first lawyers to respond to me. He immediately reached out to discuss the details of my employment discrimination case. He was diligent in gathering all of the details necessary and getting everything in writing while the details were still fresh. This would come in handy because my case would take 2 years, mostly due to the slow response time of EEOC. Any time I reached out he would promptly follow up. While there were a few bumps in the road, ultimately Joel did what he was hired to do. He did not roll over during negotiations, he fought for what was fair instead of accepting what was offered. I would recommend his services and would use him again. Hopefully, I never have to.
