Karen respond on time very professional

My experience with this office was disappointing to say the least. I called to make an initial inquiry about services and set up a time for an initial phone consult with an attorney. I specifically inquired if there was a fee for this initial consult and was told no. At the appointed time, no one called...I waited a half hour and called the office. I was told they could transfer me to accounting so I could make a payment because the initial consult is only free in person. Clearly not the type of operation I want handling any legal matter on my behalf.

I left Attorney Davis office thinking to myself how can I channel everybody with immigration case to get in touch with them. I have not seen a lawyer who is as sincere, sensitive, responsive, professional and passionate as Davis & Associates. I am so glad I came in contact with them. A mess. Do not go here. They are not organized nor professional. How does a firm mess up paperwork? That’s exactly what they did to my mom. They sent her immigration paperwork to the wrong place. Then made her pay again for the mistake that THEY made. And they want to be paid on top of that?? For what, mistakes?? This place is a joke.

I am sure the attorneys are great but the guy who answered the phone call was very unprofessional. He was yawning the whole time, talking in a way I cannot understand, sounded bored and lazy. I am just saying no to the services because of him.

From consultation to my interview for adjustment of status I have no regrets appointing Davis and Associates, my attorney was very professional....Attorney Wesley Youssef, I say thank you for a great job. I now have my 10years permanent resident approved and looking forward to always be part of the family. Thank you and God bless

If you have an immigration issue, this is the team you want. I am very impressed with the professionalism and integrity of these folks. Especially Beatriz Godoy, Celia, Ivette, Alba, Perla, Veronica, and Joel. Every single one of my interactions with these folks was a positive one. If you need immigration help, do yourself a favor and hire Davis & Associates and consider your problem solved.

I am very happy to say that these people know what they are doing. John Powelson is the most patient and nice lawyer that I talked to. He answered all of my questions and dedicated his time and focus to make sure that I understand everything that I need to understand. I will be more than happy to call John again when I meet certain requirements for a visa to guide me through the process and help me obtain my visa. They deserve to be your first option when you have immigration concerns! Call them up and ask what you need to know!

When I met my (now) wife 5 years ago, her immigration status was a muddled mess due to prior inept representation. At the recommendation of a friend who is an estate attorney, we retained Davis and Associates, and it was the best decision we've ever made. They have done an incredible job on my wife's case. Everyone there....attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants...are knowledgeable, professional and communicative. My wife's case is now in the home stretch, all thanks to Davis & Associates.

I definitely recommend Davis & Associates. Gary Davis and his team has made our case successful not just once, but twice both for me and my husband. They are life saver for us. Gary Davis is Phenomenal, he is so down to earth and kind person, he has always communicated well with us and prompt in responding. This is my second review of the firm and I am happy to recommend them. They were able to get a dismissal on my case. Mr David was quite understanding and encouraging from the get go. mrs Claire and Alma, and Karima were awesome. The response to emails were mostly good but the call backs were terrible. You can hardly get the Paralegal on the phone menu . I plan to use the firm in future should I need any immigration related issues.

Do not believe the reviews, spend your hard earned money with a firm that cares. Here is a list of the issues I experienced first hand dealing with them. Communication: Received great customer service up until the point I signed the contract and paid my initial payment. I then spent 2 weeks calling, leaving voicemails, and even attempted messaging my assigned paralegal through their online client portal with 0 response. Oddly enough, when I called to cancel the service she became magically available, AND agreed no work had been completed on my case. Termination of Contract: I terminated the contract with them for personal reasons not for the horrible service received. I received a call the day after from a manager that informed me I would receive $0 back, as the work had been completed prior. I requested any form of proof that the work they were charging me for had been completed. I was told I would not be able to see the forms that I had never seen as it was now "work material". I asked the number of hours spent to fill out a single form, as their own contract states in case of contract termination everything is billed at $450/hour. I was told that it was being billed at a flat $1195 fee per project, and I would not receive even a partial refund. After I requested again the amount of time spent preparing the single form, they finally responded stating it was roughly 2 hours. Now, I'm not a psychic. However, I was able to complete the form myself prior to contacting them in 2 hours. That was with me needing to gather all of the necessary documentation. If they did in fact complete this ghost form, it was with having all the documentation provided to them by myself prior. I would even argue that logically it was most likely completed by someone that spends a fair amount of their time completing these forms and could do so in less time than I due to their familiarity with the forms. However, that being said, I hope this review stops you from being taken advantage of and taken to the cleaners as I have been. Then when I chose to cancel the process for personal reasons, they refused to honor the terms of their own contract termination clause. Told me I would receive no refund because somehow documents that had never been presented to me were apparently completed almost a week prior to me terminating my case, refused to show any proof that any work had actually been completed. Instead telling me "It was work material, so can not be disclosed unless you're proceeding with the process with our firm." Proceed at your own risk dealing here!
