I can't state enough about how important it is to have a TAX Specialist working for you. Randell knows the ropes. My initial lawyer did nothing to help me, he only seemed to pass along whatever the IRS wanted and ended putting me into a 10 year payout for the full amount they wanted. I was needing to find out when my final payment. The agreement stated that I needed to pay until my principal was paid. Once I payed it, they changed the rules and added the additional penalties and interest accrued during this time because they still had the balance of the 10 years to keep taking from me. My old lawyer basically told me, "That's the way it is". Randell said, "I'll take care of it".

I called IRSProb in response to a radio ad I heard. When I called the toll-free number the screener asked me a few basic questions and said a representative would call me. I thought I would probably never hear from them. To my surprise Randell Martin called me the next day and I outlined my issue. As we talked it was apparent they couldn't help me given the specifics of my issue, but Randell spent a considerable amount of time explaining my alternatives and what I could do to try and resolve my tax issue. Very professional.
