I got a letter from IRS stating I owed them over $20k for so-called income earned from 2016. IRS massively got things wrong on their end but they were sure enough to send letters with threats of levy and more on my income. Long story short, Randy and his team convinced IRS that I do not owe them $20k and turned the situation around into convincing IRS that they do owe me $2k refund! So going from me owing $20k to IRS owing me $2k refund sounds like fake TV commercials, but Randy did it. The whole process took about 6months or less I guess and from time to time I had trouble reaching Randy at my first attempts, which was frustrating. However, I always got a return in a few days, which counteracted the issue. I thank Randy and his whole team for their results regardless of small problems encountered during the process. If they make improvements in communication and advertise themselves properly, I dont see a reason why they should not be number 1 in Dallas.
