This law firm I still believe is a good firm to represent your case. Although, I tried to retain them most recently. My review is regarding the intake staff personnel Sarah. Sarah’s professionalism, communication, and ability to listen and assist a client is subpar. First call, I specifically asked for a particular attorney, she then suggested another attorney. Due to them moving into the Dallas office the next day, she advised to give her until the following week for someone to contact me. I was patient and in that waiting time, decided I would go with her suggestion as the Dallas attorney was more affordable, closer, and honestly had stronger credentials. Never got the follow-up call. I called and she only kept trying to redirect me. There were some back and forth and I ended up requesting for one of the Managing Partners to respond to a specific request. Guess what, she follows up without ever asking but comes back with a generic response. Keep in mind, this is after waiting another week for the MP to return. I had to wait for her to go back to ask the original request. Long story short, her mannerism doesn't display trustworthiness, but a person who appears to want to do her own thing. I still don’t believe she communicated properly to the MP. It appears that she may not have the client nor the firms' best interest in mind. In my opinion she doesn’t need to be at the forefront when she has created weeks of delay and roadblocks, and she was made aware that I was referred by a reputable friend of this firm.

It was a long and grueling process, but I walked away with all of the core outcomes I sought to achieve. I had some rough times with a prior lawyer from the firm but Elizabeth and Angelia stepped up, took responsibility for something that wasn’t even their fault and fought for me and my daughter through the custody and final proceedings . They are amazing , I would recommend Elizabeth and Angelia anytime !

Todd Frankfort was my divorce attorney, and I was extremely pleased with his confidence, level of service and expertise. My divorce case was very complicated as my ex-wife and I owned several properties and businesses, which I knew was going to add a lot of time and complexity to the process. But it never seemed like it was too much for Todd to handle. I worked with him for a year to resolve my case, and he was consistently prompt, communicative, and always acted with my best interest first. He would always answer my calls, texts, etc. including in the evenings and on weekends. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great attorney to represent them. It was obviously a challenging process, but Todd was definitely the saving grace and at the end, I was happier than I expected with the outcome.

I want all to know that Mr. David Wynne’s representation in my court case has given me not only the impression but the confidence that being an attorney, especially in family court, takes a special person with a heart that is understanding and compassionate for their clients and involves extreme knowledge of the Texas Family Laws that as I know now is an ever-changing living entity. When we started this cause, it was going to be a simple visitation request so I could spend a few hours a week with my son. Mr. Wynne was straight forward on what I should expect and how we should approach everything in regards to the case, which was very important to me because I had never had to be involved with anything of this sort and was completely unaware of what to do. After one of the court dates David Wynne stopped and talked to the other party’s Father in the hallway it was a brief friendly encounter I don’t know what was said, but the Father text me later that day telling me “David is a really good guy, I wish we could use him” – to me that epitomizes who David Wynne is… as an attorney and as a person.

I had a very difficult case. My X lied to the police, and set me up to permanently lose visitation with my son. My attorney quit on me, but my Paralegal Angelia believed in me, stuck with me, and fought for me. She made it known to every lawyer in the office that she was sticking with me, and after a year of patience, and and putting my faith in her, I now have 50/50 custody. You do not find Paralegals with such conviction and determination very often. With the way this state views and treats fathers, I was dealing with an unwinnable situation, but with her her help, support, and encouragement, I now have my son back in my life.
