Elizabeth Barr has been there every step of the way and worked her tail off for me and my case. My case was an absolute mess coming from a previous attorney but she took care of it all and with lots of dedication my case has is over. Even after the divorce Elizabeth and the staff there at the Firm continue to work to finalize some last pieces. If the need arises in the future I’ll call on their services again. I highly recommend Elizabeth Barr’s services as well as any others at O’Neil Wysocki Firm.

O’Neil Wyaocki might be a firm with efficient lawyers but I personally did NOT have a good experience with them. It took me over six months to bring myself to even write this review because lawyers make me uneasy and I’m wary of them. I was assigned Ms. Diamond who charged me a retainer of $10,000 for my divorce. After our first consultation for which she charged me an additional $450, a divorce petition was filed. I was told it was a simple ‘vanilla petition’. 4 days later, I decided to withdraw my petition and I was charged $2500. There was no financial assets division or custody discussions and my spouse was not even served. There were also no more meetings or calls with Ms. Diamond in those 4 days. For filing a ‘vanilla petition’ and responding to all of 5 emails, I was charged $2500 for 4 days. Her legal assistant Ms. Lisa, was very kind and responsive but was unable to help in anyway except explain the invoices to me which was of no help. People, especially women, seek legal assistance at some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives. It’s lawyers like Ms. Diamond who not only give their firm but also their profession a bad reputation. Needless to say, I did not and will not go back to them or recommend O’Neil Wysocki to anyone.

After a year process, come to find out it was not finalized correctly, Tried multiple times to contact and no response. Lawyer and paralegal left the firm, and my case was forgotten. I do not recommend at all

Michael is remarkable! His knowledge of the law, communication skills and determination to do what is right were pivotal in my case. Everyone on the team worked incredibly hard. Angelia is phenomenal, as well! She is quick to respond to questions, organized and level-headed. I am so grateful for how this team has invested in me and my children!

I am forever grateful for the help of Miles Peterson. He is a very amiable, trustworthy and educated attorney. Divorce is a hard thing for anyone to go through and in my case I had criminal elements as well. Miles was always prepared, on time, and did a hell of a job cross-examining in trial. I hope I never have to work with him again under these circumstances but truly am thankful for his assistance and the whole O'Neil Wysocki team.
