I hired Scott to assist me with a suit against a previous business partner. From our initial consultation Scott was friendly, easy to talk to, and honest with me about my situation. Throughout the process of analyzing my case and preparing to file, Scott was easy to reach and thoroughly explained each step and decision. Ultimately, we determined that filing in another state would be best. Scott used his network to reach out to a previous colleague in the state of the suit who could take the suit moving forward. I plan to use Scott for any business-related items moving forward.

Have worked with Scott on a number of business and employment issues. In this case he revewed my severance package including the non-complete and releases. Scott was well versed in the subject at hand. He was concise and and was willing to openly discuss all my concerns. Ultimately help me negotiate an acceptable package and to resolve any concerns I might have had surrounding the agreement.

Scott assumed our case from another lawyer in the same law firm who left. Though he was brought into the case at a later time, he reviewed the case thoroughly and quickly came up with various options for us. We ended up going to the trial and won the case. It took several years to collect the total amount but he secured the assets and helped us to collect all due and for all expenses as well. Scott was always prompt.
