I got a dui, i had a lot of anxiety about whether i was going to jail, couldn't sleep for 2 weeks, was on the internet and came across Miss Tuckers web site, After doing my research on her and her law firm, found that she had co-authored a book on dui's, i set up an appointment. After our first meeting, i felt a good amount of relief. i was overwhelmed with what she was able to negotiate with the prosecuting attorney and judge, I would recommend Miss Tucker and her law firm to anyone in need of a great lawyer, and i have to mention, her assistant dylan, was always available if Miss Tucker wasn't available, Great Job

I had a DUI in Denton country. It was very stressful and I knew I need a very good attorney to support me to get through this. After going through so many hours of research online, my search ended with hiring Kimberly. I am very glad she accepted my case. Also, at the end, she got my interlock device removal granted, but I did not got the removal papers on the court date by mistake. She and her team followed up personally and got the papers to me from the court the very next day!! She cares about her clients enough and I felt no different and I am really very pleased with her service. I had attorneys for other things in my past such as immigration matters and others, and from my own little experience I can say that she is definitely in her own league, at the very top. I wish my other attorneys could at least be half good as her. I could not be more happy with the outcome we got last week. I cannot thank her enough and I would highly recommend her services. I am usually not the reviewing type, but I felt the need to do something in return for her awesome service and the person she is. I am able to write this review in peace because of her. Kim is fantastic in many ways. From our first meeting she was direct and to the point. No fluff, no pressure. She set my expectations, took the time to answer all my questions and was extremely responsive. Her relationships with others in the legal community was evident when she razzed the bailiff at my first court appearance. She is well connected, gives no BS and the epidemy of a professional. I would recommend her to anyone. 10 Stars!!!

In Oct 2018, I made a terrible mistake and was arrested for a DUI. Not knowing a thing about what I was facing and just thankful no one was hurt from my actions, I started my long journey on finding a lawyer and navigating thru the waters I was very unfamiliar with. Enter KG. After some research, I went with KG and it was the best decision I could make. First and foremost she just eased my anxiety. Told me it was going to be OK. That I would not lose my corporate job; I would not go to jail; that I am not bad person...all the things that I was worried about. I was charged with dwi in Denton county. Mrs. Tucker did a fantastic job from start to finish. I was always informed of what was going to happen at each step. She got my license re-instated from a suspension. She filed all documents and kept me informed in a prompt manner. She is a true professional and knows the law especially in the counties she represents. My sentence and probation were reduced along with the fines through a plea. When you find yourself in trouble, it can be a stressful situation. I was hit with a PI charge while on probation with a DWI first offense. Let me say that I wish I hired Kimberly for my first case. My first lawyer drained me of money, issued scare tactics to make me pay more money, and just made the situation worse than what it was. I was lucky to be on probation until I messed up again by consuming alcohol. I learned about Kimberly through a probation officer and the hardest thing to do is trust someone with your freedom. Kimberly was honest with me. In one particular conversation, I was in tears when she told me the truth. Alcohol was an issue that was overpowering me. Nobody has ever been that honest with me. We worked together in order to get my warrant withdrawn and my probation reinstated. The odds where against us but Kimberly was determined to see me through this hard time and she did just that. I am now sober, and attending outpatient rehab and it’s made my life so much better. Had I not chosen KGT Law I would’ve broken another law. Her prices are affordable and there are no hidden fees. One needn't consult a thesaurus to determine Kimberly Tucker's proficiency in handling your case: just hire her. After being arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated in Dallas County, I consulted with Kimberly and promptly retained her services. Not only was she intimately familiar with the suburban police department where I was initially detained, she was equally familiar with and wholly sympathetic to my ensuing two-year travail through the (insert your favorite insult) Dallas County Court system. During that time, 2018 - 2021, Kimberly took extraordinarily detailed notes on my initial consultation statements; cross-referenced those statements against the arresting officer's body camera footage - finding a number of discrepancies which would have benefitted me had the case gone to trial**; followed my blood sample "discovery" as it came back negative for over-the-legal-limit and went back to the lab for illicit substance testing; and made bi-weekly inquiries on my case, which seemingly disappeared, reappeared, and then disappeared again. Approaching two-years with still no formal filing of my case by Dallas County, I grew anxious. Kimberly advised me to "do nothing". However, once the two-year statute of limitations passed, we moved to expunge the case promptly - and expunge it we did! ** I would not have hesitated to hire Kimberly to represent me in trial.

I was referred to Ms Tucker by a friend and after numerous consultations with a few different attorneys, I knew Ms Tucker was the attorney for me. She is kind, understanding, compassionate VERY knowledgeable, explains things in a way anybody can understand, and spends your money like its her own. I have already recommended her to others and they have loved her as well. I won't need her assistance ever again but I will continue to recommend her to anybody who needs a good attorney.

Mrs. Tucker has been an overall wonderful attorney. She has been extremely helpful and informative. She is very responsive with emails and phone calls. As well as being very organized. I would most definitely recommend her to anyone that may have gone through the same situation as me. It definitely has been a rough ride, but Mrs. Tucker has made it much smoother.
