Mr. Osburn is one of the best lawyers I know. He not only represented me and got me a really good settlement in an extremely difficult case after defendant filed bankruptcy, but he is also my boss. He always puts the interests of his clients first.

Bob helped my wife and I after a bad car accident and really helped us to have one less thing to worry about. Robert Osburn has represented me in four cases since 2007. These cases all involved issues that could have been the subject of a lawsuit. one case was a construction dispute which Osburn was able to settle in my favor for $83,000.00. Another was a property tax suit. Mr. Osburn settled the suit to my satisfaction. the third suit was a contract dispute involving a partnership which I was a minority shareholder. Mr, Osburn filed a derivative action on behalf of the Partnership and myself. The case was tried and then appealed my defendants. Mr. Osburn and his associate Billy McGill filed and appeal. This case eventually settled in our favor for an amount in the mid seven digit figures. The forth case was a probate matter, which was settled. Mr. Osburn along with Mr. McGill are great lawyers who have a real down to earth demeanor. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for such a lawyer.

I had worked as a teacher in a public school district & purchased a long-term disability policy sponsored by the district. I became disabled at the age of 54 in 2009 & was approved to receive long-term benefits until the age of 65. After 2 years, I was cut off by the company.
