Don't use this lawyer for anything. She only wants your money with no results! Not recommended!

Helped me get full custody of my daughter in my divorce case. Very happy with Marilyn!

I do not recommend Marilyn Belew, P.C. as an attorney. She is not friendly, not caring, no customer service at all, very little communication, vague communication when you actual receive any, points blame on the client when things go wrong, does not take responsibility for her or her staff's mistakes and incompetence. Her fees are outrageous for the services or lack of services received from her. I have paid over $12,500.00 in the last 12 months to her and now have an incomplete Probate Case. She was charging $375 for emails she responded to when I was only trying to get information from her and give information to her. I was charged $93 for a voicemail that was left at her business by another person in regards to my case. The only time I heard from her or her staff was when she wanted more money. I would give zero stars if able to. I have plenty of proof to back my review.

I gave her $2,500 to handle a probate will. It was impossible to get in touch with her. It was in court, out of town and most of the time no communication at all. Then almost a year later, she wants $5,000 more dollars and assure me she could win the case.

I called to talk to the attorney Marilyn after being referred and I received a call back from Brenda not even an attorney when I asked for Marilyn. She was short and very rude. She rushed me off the phone. Not professional at all!

I asked her to help me with a parent that I would need to sue in order to settle an estate and she referred me to someone else. Only go to her if you have cream puff stuff that she doesnt have to work for.

Mr Paul Belew was assigned to me as a public defender. He told me what to expect with my situation, and the way he said it is turned out to be exactly the way he said it would be. He did everything he said he would do and it all worked out in my favor. He is competent and efficient and he tells the truth with no ....bs. Although I dont intend to do anything that would make me need his services again, I would hire him with no hesitation. A plus rating

I needed a simple probate issue resolved for my real estate client who was already under contract. 17 days later after numerous messages left, Marilyn told us the judge was on vacation, and when they returned she was going on vacation. VALUABLE time lost. Terrible communication. Not sure if she's overloaded, incompetent, or indifferent.
