I had a very complicated family/jurisdiction/custody case from Missouri that led into Texas. So much so that it was hard for me to understand. I explained it to Ted Hanson and he nailed it! He put it into words that helped me understand it more thoroughly. He helped me on the phone while in Missouri and in person when I went to Texas. Ted Hanson and the staff at Steven Williams treated me like family and truly cared about my case. Ted was almost always reachable by phone, and when he wasn't he always called back promptly. I am a blue collar guy and work for a living, so lawyer fees are always alot for me,but Ted Hanson went above and beyond what he said he would do for his retainer. He absolutely nailed it at the hearing and the decision was in our favor. He still continues to check on me in Missouri and still works with my local attorneys to further help my case. Ever hired a lawyer that doesn't get back with you? Or return your calls? And you feel like you wasted your time and money? Not the case with Ted Hanson and the staff at Steven Williams. They truly cared about my legal problems and helped me tremendously! And still continue to! I highly recommend Ted Hanson and Steven Williams law offices to anyone! Small office. The office is next to Dairy Queens. The office has a billboard with a picture of a younger Steven Williams on it. There is no waiting room (except the table and chairs outside), the building is his office. Very helpful staff, she gave me directions to the office after I got lost. Overall good experience.

Ted is one of the best lawyers we have ever encountered. Not only is he aggressively on his clients side but he does not stop until he gets it done! He takes his client's best interest at heart and very seriously! I highly recommend his law office and Ted especially for anything that you need with any kind of legal proceedings we used him for family law, had some custody issues and visitation issues and he made sure to get it done in a timely manner.
