I went to Mr Willis because of a previous experience where he and his staff went above and beyond for me and my family at a terrible time. I was confident i would get very good service this time too. However, after paying $5,800 up front and waiting over 6 months, we were still at a dead stand still. Total lack of communication. Nothing accomplished or filed. No description of services, no refund of any money that didnt get used. We had to terminate him and hire another attorney that accpmplished in a few weeks what Mr Willis couldnt in 6 months. Total expense for the finished job.....$388.00. Not to mention deadlines passed. Appraisals redone. Applications and paperwork completely wasted. We requested proof of work completed 2 months ago and still no word as usual. I wouldnt recommend him for any legal services ever. We are very disgusted and disappointed and out nearly $6,000. After such an amazing job before i cant believe it. Just.......wow.

The worst Attorney ever. He tell you one thing and does another thing, Do not use him. I only reason I gave him one star because had to.

Mr. Willis was responsive, and efficient. This case had been in the hands of several attorneys prior. He asked a fair wage for difficult work. He gave wise counsel, and gave it to me straight. The legal theory was sound, and the execution was to standard. I will continue to recommend him to friends and family, and have only heard good reviews back from them.

Horrible experience during divorce had to get a new attorney and then they refused to refund my money, and they did absolutely nothing. Be careful with this office if going through a divorce.

Just had my total tax return garnished because RT Willis allowed an enforcement hearing to be ruled against me for back child support. Long story short. I lost my job in April 2020, a notice was filed….. with the courts for a change in employment. My divorce was finalized June 1st 2020. Rusty didn’t file my modification for child support until August of 2020 even though it should have been done back in April or before the divorce was finalized. He dropped the ball on ever getting my modification done or in front of the judge with a court date.Then when he did finally get in front of the judge he didn’t have the correct paperwork filed and the judge didn’t hear the case. Complete negligence. He blamed it on the Judge and how no one liked that court. Feb 2021 rolls around I’m still required to pay 2000 dollars a month, 15k plus dollars in arrears, I had an enforcement hearing held against me and ruled against me plus attorneys fees. 7k dollars in with his retainer fees and nothing was done regarding my modification. Confronted him multiple times regarding how unsatisfactory his representation was. He admitted to his negligence yet still did nothing monetary wise to make things right with me. This is the second review that I’ve made because the first review I made he threatened me and told me he’d sue me if I didn’t take it down. Definitely don’t waste your time and money with this lawyer.
