Cons
1
Difficulty reaching the office and getting updates on cases
“Would not recommend…take”
2
Lack of responsiveness and follow-through
“Good luck getting them to answer the phone after you pay them! I think Michelle needs to consider getting new people sitting at the front desk.”
3
Mistakes and miscommunications leading to client issues
“I have used this law firm since I was 18 - I am now 35. I'm not sure if its Mr. Bradshaw's daughter or the front desk that has let service slip, but last year I had a court case they 'handled' for me - attorney showed up to my court date, nobody called to let me know they went to my court date - one day my dad gets a letter in the mail saying 'you owe a balance of ___' to the court, I call bradshaw law to find out what this was about they tell me 'oh yeah... we sent you an email with the invoice.'”
4
Concerns about potentially unethical practices
“Scam would be the nicest way to put it. I make sure if I can not afford service, I do not hire I ensured that I paid all my dues and I have a balance with the court. Will not be doing business with this 'firm' anymore.”
5
Failure to appear in court on behalf of clients
“DO NOT RECOMMEND! My husband had Bradshaw Law handle a citation. They followed up via email and confirmed that he had no further action. He just received a letter stating he has a failure to appear because the fine was never paid and he did not show to a court date he was told he didn't have to go to.”
