Hired this Attorney for an Interstate Child Support Case I had been paying on since 2009. What a joke that was for $2000.00. He claimed the matter would just sit there on paper since the judge did not want to "Hear" the case. No fight or case to annotate, the matter was not heard. Mr. Mireles's response " are they garnishing your wages? " " Don't worry the case will just sit there" " If they start garnishing your wages then call me" Well Mr. Mireles II, I just payed in full $101,500 to the Special Collections Unit Attorney General's Office of Texas. Yes, that's right people! To add this case was paid in full in 2018 to the sister State of California, and received my "Release of liens". This attorney has no knowledge to be practicing Interstate Child Support cases. I'm glad I had the money.
